Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Visit to banks / financial institutions for our services marketing purpose
• Manage social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
• Support product launches and promotional events

Qualifications

 2. Engineer (Mechanical / Civil / Equivalent branches)

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for engineers across different disciplines to work on Valuation projects, technical projects, infrastructure development and other consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect required document from client and study
• Complete the techno-legal due diligence
• Plan site visit for asset inspection and take photographs collect detailed information as per requirement.
• After site visit enquire with nearby market for similar property rates 
• Collected related information from concern Govt. website
• Analysis the available data and discus with senior expert
• Prepare technical documentation / draft report

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil/ Equivalent degree.)
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CAD, MATLAB, or discipline-specific tools
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & Power point
• Knowledge of project management practices is a plus

 3. Finance Executive

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Type: Full-time
Department: Finance & Accounts

Role Overview

As a Finance Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, analysing financial data, preparing loan proposals and supporting budgeting and audit processes. You will contribute to efficient financial operations and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect required documents from our client
• Study the documents and prepare project report and loan proposal
• Maintain accurate financial statements and records
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Handle accounts receivable / payable and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls
• Provide financial insights and reports to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
