  • Our firm’s valuation report played a pivotal role in the takeover / merger of The Shree Suvarna Sahakari Bank Ltd. with Indian Overseas Bank, where a property in Kothrud, Pune went from. ₹. 55 Crores to ₹. 120 Crores based on our valuation (2007).
  • Case: The Shree Suvarna Sahakari Bank Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra

4. Significant Achievement: Maximizing Recovery for Rupee Cooperative Bank, Pune, Maharashtra

  • In 2006, Rupee Cooperative Bank, Pune, initially relied on another panel valuer’s report, which was estimated the Fair Market Value of a restaurant building property owned by Jayshree Executive at Karve Road, Pune, at. ₹. 3.15 Cr. The property was auctioned for ₹. 3.25 Cr. to the highest bidder. However, the sale was later cancelled for other reasons, and our firm was appointed for a fresh valuation 
  • In November 2006, our firm assessed the Fair Market Value at. ₹. 5 Cr. Subsequently, the bank re-auctioned the property, and the same bidder won again at a significantly higher bid of ₹. 6.20 Cr. within six months’ span. Read More

5. Court-Appointed Valuation of Industrial Property in Indore (Madhya Pradesh)

We were appointed by the Hon’ble Court to conduct a valuation of an industrial property located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, for the purpose of a public auction. Despite receiving minimal documentation from the beneficiary party—insufficient for an accurate inspection—we proactively addressed the challenge by formally requesting the required documents.

Upon further request from the Recovery Officer, we approached the relevant government departments in Indore. The officers concerned extended their full cooperation and promptly sent certified Xerox copies of the necessary property documents to both our office and the Court via speed post.Read More

We were appointed by the Hon’ble Court to conduct a valuation of a substantial 248-acre land parcel located in Thane, Maharashtra, for public auction proceedings. Despite the importance of the task, the interested party failed to cooperate and did not provide a single document required for valuation, even though both the Court and our team were working in their interest to help realize the highest possible recovery value through the auction.

We were appointed by the Hon’ble Court to carry out the valuation of multiple properties located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, for the purpose of public auction. The beneficiary party, however, provided only minimal documentation, which made it difficult to verify and inspect the properties accurately.

Despite our repeated requests, the required documents were not furnished by the interested party. Acting on the direction of the Recovery Officer, we took the initiative to independently gather relevant property records from official government websites and our reliable sources.Read more
